Neil and his property management team Dot and Amy have always been incredibly efficient and helpful - as tenants sometimes things arise with the properties and the team at Harcourts have always had matters resolved in a timely manner, nothing is ever too much trouble and they have always been very professional and friendly - if you were considering letting your rental property in the Parkwood/Arundel areas they would be my first choice as an agent - as the service they have provided us has been leaps and bounds above any other agents we have dealt with on the Gold Coast

We have been in property rentals for some twenty seven years and were introduce to Neil by chance when we had a problem with a fence sharing payment from the next door neighbor who he was representing. He took very action possible to fix our problem. When we then had a need for a property manger we approached Neil. The principle and team at Harcourts have managed this property for the past 11months. The market was very difficult at the time of listing however through efforts above and beyond our expectations they secured a 2 year lease with a very good tenant and have continued to manage our property extremely well taking all responsibility and giving us confidence and peace of mind that our property is being well taken care of.
