The principle and team at Harcourts have managed this property for the past 11months. The market was very difficult at the time of listing however through efforts above and beyond our expectations they secured a 2 year lease with a very good tenant and have continued to manage our property extremely well taking all responsibility and giving us confidence and peace of mind that our property is being well taken care of. I can only praise Harcourts Arundel property management team, they are easily contacted, efficient and in my own case have put in considerable time and effort having my property renovated and up dated after being neglected by previous rental managers, this has increased the property's livability, value and rental income. Thank you Neal, Dot and Amy for your efforts managing and restoring my property nicely at a cost I couldn't have bettered myself and keeping it in this condition with regular inspections and care.
