Smooth purchasing experience
I recently purchased a property in Wembley Downs where Matt was the agent. He kindly accommodated our need to view the property outside of the home open and has a very personable nature. I found him to have an excellent knowledge of the realtor law as well as conduct a fair negotiation. He was prompt to answer our queries and generous with his time.

Wouldn’t recommend for a first home buyer
Unfortunately my first home buying experience was a very stressful as I felt the entire sale process was very much favoured towards the seller. I’d hope my next purchase is with an agent who remembers the buyer is also a client in the transaction, even with their lower valued properties.

Impressed by the fact that my house sold so quickly!
I was surprised and impressed by the fact that my house sold so quickly, and for a satisfactory figure near to the advertised price. It was clear to me that Harcourts has a better whole setup and system going than I had encountered with any other estate agency; and I was very comfortable also with the personal response of Matt and his assistant. If there was any occasion to do so, I would suggest to a friend or family member that they consider Harcourts if seeking to sell their house.

Above and Beyond
Adrian was a great Real Estate Agent. We bought our Villa in Scarborough from him 7 years ago and then moved back to Melbourne. We kept in touch over the years and he recently sold our Villa . Because we were in Melbourne we could not be hands on, but Adrian made us feel at ease. He made sure that the Villa was presentable, organised for minor repairs and communicated with our tennant. It was a tough market and selling during COVID was not easy but Adrian communicated really well and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend Andrian.
