After contacting Matt and deciding to proceed with the sale of my property the various components of the sale procedure were identified and then worked through in detail. Preparing the property for sale was discussed and organised, a minimum price aimed for was agreed, various costs identified, timelines identified and agreed and legal requirements identified. All of this was accomplished with a professional but friendly interaction, the result being that a very clear path to the sale of the property was established and accepted by all involved. In particular it was agreed that we would use an online auction procedure, with a reserve price and with guidelines for the implementation of the procedure. This eventually lead to a very rapid sale of the property which met the reserve price set for the property. At all stages I was fully briefed on the status of the process, the level of interest and offers being made. The professionalism of Matt and his team allowed me to make my decisions with the confidence needed for complete comfort with the final outcome.
