Very easy and smooth process
We bought through the Openn negotiation app which was a bit stressful as we were also going to be at our kids swimming lesson at the same time the live auction started. It went smoothly. Matt was calm , professional and knowledgeable throughout the process and in the end we got what we wanted after looking for nearly 3 years.

Professional, friendly and expert service providing clarity and confidence for the sale of my house
After contacting Matt and deciding to proceed with the sale of my property the various components of the sale procedure were identified and then worked through in detail. Preparing the property for sale was discussed and organised, a minimum price aimed for was agreed, various costs identified, timelines identified and agreed and legal requirements identified. All of this was accomplished with a professional but friendly interaction, the result being that a very clear path to the sale of the property was established and accepted by all involved. In particular it was agreed that we would use an online auction procedure, with a reserve price and with guidelines for the implementation of the procedure. This eventually lead to a very rapid sale of the property which met the reserve price set for the property. At all stages I was fully briefed on the status of the process, the level of interest and offers being made. The professionalism of Matt and his team allowed me to make my decisions with the confidence needed for complete comfort with the final outcome.

An agent who is professional, honest, kind and has integrity
I was selling my house in the toughest market Perth has seen in decades - we sold for the price I wanted because of Matt's patience and excellent communication skills. I must also give the highest praise to Paige, Matt's personal assistant, who is exceptional at her job and always took care of everything I needed done when Matt was away or anytime I had any queries. Regarding the selling of the house : Pricing was accurate and his feedback regarding prospective buyers , or matters pertaining to the property was always demonstrated quickly and efficiently via email or through phone conversations. Missed phone calls were always responded too and no continual chasing up was necessary . Was really a miracle the house sold so quickly .
