After thinking of selling for a long time, I read in newspaper result which Shaktika is achieving. I was to belief. After approaching other local agents and being told figures which they were unsure of achieving. When I met Shaktika from day 1 she was confident and convinced on what my property was worth. I was very nervous and was accepting to sell at the first offer I received but Shaktika being brilliant at her job told me to wait "Mary just give me 2 days, I will get you more".. And she did.
