I've been a landlord for twelve years now, with six rental properties in different cities around Australia. I can genuinely say that Andrew, Ella and the team at Harcourts are head and shoulders above any other property manager I've worked with. I appointed Harcourts to look after my Carlingford property in March of 2024. I'd had the property with a different manager for the last ten years. After the previous manager sent me an inspection report saying that the unit was in "OK condition", but supplied photographs showing grafitti on the walls, chewing gum and cigarette burns on the carpets, and other general mess, I asked Andrew to take over management of the property. He inherited a total mess but managed it superbly and kept me informed every step of the way. To cut a long story short, Harcourts represented me at the tenancy tribunal to refute a series of false claims from my old tenant, arranged tradesmen to fix the unit up, re-leased it in a very short period of time and secured a higher rent. I had more contact from Harcourts in the first month of them managing the property than I did in the previous ten years under the old manager. They are straight on to any issue, are proactive in managing the unit and provide a level of service that I've never experienced with any other agent across my other properties. Many thanks to the Harcourts team for fixing up an enormous problem that the previous property managers had allowed to develop. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you own a property in the Carlingford area, you owe it to yourself to talk to Harcourts.

We use one of the property with them. During the stay we had multiple issues half of them not resolved like water linkage, electrical issue, appliances etc. We reported multiple issues about damage which are already been there since we move in. We have photos and proof. At the end of lease time they put all that on over head. After Final inspection they didn't discuss and took consent from us and Claim full bond. Not even give us opprtunity to resolve or explain. Moreover who claim full bond they don't have idea we already raise this concern at the move in time . Nightmare
