Adi arranged tradies before I even engaged him to sell the property. Adi helped co ordinate tradesmen to help prepare the property, difficult to find tradies at this time. When the property was ready for marketing I met Adi and Joseph to discuss a plan. They both advised me it would be better to auction the property, this way we have buyers competing . Adi has an excellent knowledge in the area and he was able to show me all the properties sold in the area in the last few months . During the 4 week campaign Adi worked endlessly to manage all enquiries and kept me informed at all times.
