When the property was ready for marketing I met Adi and Joseph to discuss a plan. They both advised me it would be better to auction the property, this way we have buyers competing . Adi has an excellent knowledge in the area and he was able to show me all the properties sold in the area in the last few months . During the 4 week campaign Adi worked endlessly to manage all enquiries and kept me informed at all times. From the first call I made regarding the property I bought Adi was very helpful. He was waiting for us and after that he explained us everything about the property clearly, patiently and professionally. He was available when we wanted to see the property. ( we could not inspect the property once after we pay the deposit, as planned before, but it was said to be due to owners problem). Then until we finish the deal Adi was helpful. He was reliable and he kept his word even after the vendore refuse to repair some fans. I also think that he is very clever and and he manage to balence vendor's and the buyer's sides. His service did not finish after completing the deal. Even after the deal he extended his helping hand. I am sitisfied with his service before, during and after the deal. I strongly recommend him.
