We won the home at auction however Andrew and his team were very responsive prior to the auction with our questions and were happy to show us this house (and others) at times that suited us. During the settlement period Andrew and his team were more than happy and very flexible with times to allow us access to the property for various reasons. We are completely happy with Sales Agent Adi Suryanto and his Sales Manager Joseph Giordano for their excellent service. Adi did an excellent job, selling our house a few days after the first open house. He was a very helpful and professional agent, not him alone but with Joseph Giordano too. We have applauded their excellent job. It has been our happy family home for 40 years and sadly we must let our beautiful house go because we built it as being the owners/builders. It is time for us to move on to a downsized home.

I know its not something you hear very often when talking about real estate, but Andrew is an honest hardworking and trustworthy person who pulled out all the stops to help me sell my townhouse. He was upfront with me and didn't make any big promised but boy did he deliver getting a record price for my complex right at the start of COVID-19. My favourite memory of is Andrew pulling out weeds in my garden in his business suit. Do yourself a favour and use Harcourt Carlingford - you won't regret it.
