Realistic, professional in every way
Steve didn't try to con us with over stated pricing, etc. Gave us an "offers above" starting point which proved to be highly effective. Sold within a day at a good margin above the base price. Yes, we actually did buy a used car from Steve many years ago and that was a good experience as well.
