It's a great pleasure to review Steve Hunter's performance because he's just conducted one of the smoothest and easiest property buy and sells I've ever done (and I've done more than enough of them in my life). Steve was always a pleasure to deal with and had a great knowledge of the local market. While the house we bought virtually sold itself Steve was very adept at pointing out its virtues. The house we sold was only on the market for a very few weeks and probably wasn't the easiest to sell, being an unfinished renovation. Nevertheless Steve quickly found a buyer and the offer was very, very close to what I thought was a possibly optimistic sale price. From there the whole process went remarkably smoothly - without a hitch in fact - and settlement went through on the day. I can't recommend Steve highly enough.
