Reliable, patient and accomodating
Mark is extremely helpful and reliable and its great to have him on your side. My sale had a couple of complications (on my side of things) and Mark was accommodating and patient throughout, and ultimately achieved the result we were looking for. I would definitely work with Mark again and would recommend him to friends and family.

He does really care about the relationship, more than just the sale.
It was a pleasure doing business with Mark. He is one of the most responsive, positive and helpful agents that we have met. From the response to my initial enquiry about the property I knew I would be dealing with someone who is a good communicator, who is polite, efficient and friendly, and on meeting Colin I wasn’t disappointed. He is a pleasure to deal with. It is rare these days to come across an agent who really knows what he//she is selling. Colin is one of those rare breeds. He answered all my questions, even those curved ball ones, with knowledge. Not once did I hear “I’ll get back to you’, a line so common, a line it wasn’t necessary for him to use. Friendly, supportive and committed
It is not easy to sell a home that has been in the family for 49 years. Rob's friendly and supportive approach made the experience not only tolerable but stress free and enjoyable. From the start of the sale process I felt I could trust Rob to provide sound advice and to execute on the basis of that advice. I was not disappointed. Rob's initial estimate of the property value was validated by the eventual sale price. His communication around progress of the sale was frequent, detailed and much appreciated.
