A professional and effective negotiator, respectful and positive.
From the first meeting Mark was always well prepared; presenting an overview of properties on the market and successful sales in the area, and what to expect in terms of successful timelines, the different marketing approaches to attract potential buyers, and the potential expected costs for marketing and sale of the property. He was very prompt in following up queries and returning calls. In summary, a professional and effective negotiator, respectful and positive.

Smooth and well managed sale!
So very happy with Colin, within 7 days we had multiple offers and the house under contract! I was impressed by his schedule to get the house on the market, it was well managed and smooth.
