From the outset Colin was totally professional, at our first meeting he had already done his research on my property, properties sold around Geilston Bay area and neighbouring properties. colin was referred to me by my sister after he had sold my mothers house ,and my sisters all for above expected price ,so i thought i would interview colin myself ,regarding selling my home . i had previously have three other agents look at my house and was not happy with there comments or expectations . Colins coolness in dealing with me and potential buyers surprised , presentation of expected price and answering my questions ,, i can only think that on the first unofficial open house day colin rang me to ask if he could show some one the house at a certain time ,, well i had to laugh when following colin up the road were a row of cars at least six ,,looked like a funeral procession ,, as colin said others contacted him after arranging to show the house , or colin had organised prospective buyers previously ,but what ever it was good to see something happening , official opening day many many more arrived to view the house ,by the end of the day colin had six contracts to present to me ,,more surprising colin invited me up to view the contracts on a SUNDAY such dedication ,one of those contracts i excepted ,, i have since past colins card to others and would highly recommend using his services .. regards john nichols , 149 nicholls rivulet road ,oyster cove ..
