Also their general television advertisement is quite a way in front of the competition. There are 5 regular tv advertisers, and Harcourts gets the balance right with talk and photos. The other 4 companies talk a lot but don't show any action.

Ben was very helpful and obliging and made this purchase very easy. I live interstate so had time restraints to view the property and, prior to settlement, do the final inspection. Ben fitted in with my requests although he was officially on leave when I first saw the property during the Christmas New Year break.
