Hi I don't usually write reviews but as I have been requested several times here it is. I found Colin very easy to deal with and he did a great job. I am overall reasonably happy. The only things that were not up to expectation were the fact that I only received one key to the property. No Rolla door, shed, or sliding door key. The promise of a nice bottle of wine that didn't happen is not such a big deal.

I also wish to compliment Harcourts on their advertisements in the Real Estate guide, the internet, and Facebook. The high quality photos are a big help. Also their general television advertisement is quite a way in front of the competition. There are 5 regular tv advertisers, and Harcourts gets the balance right with talk and photos. The other 4 companies talk a lot but don't show any action.

Ben fitted in with my requests although he was officially on leave when I first saw the property during the Christmas New Year break.
