Thorough , clear and especially kind
Louise stood out by her sweet and caring nature. Being a local she has advanced area knowledge and offered clear and directive advice. She showed compassion and was particularly sensitive when supporting my elderly parents in their move from their home of 57 years into a retirement village. Louise made this journey a more pleasant experience for everyone involved and we look forward to having her stop by for cuppa soon.
