Nick and his team relentlessly promoted my property, I feel like no stone was left unturned
Nick is a knowledgeable and experienced agent, he understands the market and has an extensive understanding of the behind the scenes elements like Bank lending practices and government home buyer incentives. Part of the reason I chose Nick was the size and track record of the agency, while Nick did all the open homes and a good portion of the viewings, a total of 6 of the Harcourts agents presented my home to potential buyers from their own database of purchasers. From day 1 it was full steam ahead, open homes every sensible weekend, even if there hadn't been a lot of interest throughout the week..... Timely communication both in the booking of open homes and viewings and honest feedback after....No agent chasing required. Nick exudes a calm confidence, throughout the process I felt sure that everything possible was being done to create sale opportunities and that each sale opportunity generated was being made the most of.
