Rachel has been so welcoming, her communication has been great and has really made me feel comfortable to talk to her about anything concerning my properties. After my rental property was on the rental market for 6 weeks with no interest, Rachel took on this what seemed impossible task and got me the price I wanted within less then a week of taking over the property. Her work ethic and drive to help where ever needed is unmatched. Rachel and the team have gone over and beyond to make sure the property was up to a great standard while on the rental market. Olivia has also been a great help, very easy to talk too and one of the kindest people you’ll meet.

Now 8 years on, still renting out our investments, Rachel + Sally & the team of absolutely amazing friendly & helpful people have always given us 5 star service, for our rental properties. From informative quarterly house inspections, to monthly progress reports, to photos of our investment properties, explaining any maintenance required etc, the Hartcourts Inspire team have always completed their utmost in regards to looking after my property investments like it were their own. We so happy we chose Sally and Tania. These guys are the previously well awarded Oxenford Ray White, that have recently rebranded to Harcourts. We have found Tania and Sally and their team at Harcourt’s an absolute pleasure to work with. They hold old school values, ethics and principles. Not only did they run great campaigns to find the right tenant, solider through many applications, but compassionately dealt with our unique rental requirements. They have been accessible and easy to talk too. Assist transition and maintenance of great teams tenants. While also ensure our investment is well taken care of. Our family has dealt with many rental management companies and by far Tania and Sally are stand outs. Highly recommend.
