Moving to Townsville was challenging for us at first. Since we were new to the area, many of the rental properties we applied for were declined. However, when we visited the Harcourts office, the team was very helpful and suggested that we apply for a few properties that had fewer applications. Following their advice, we applied for one of the properties and after the inspection we received great news within 3 to 4 days that our application was approved. Our property manager Bree has been amazing very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. We are really grateful for the assistance we received. Was great at the start, was amazing at answering all my questions and communicating, but as soon as paperwork signed seemed to be ignored, tried asking questions through email got nothing texted a number got nothing, rang admin got a nasty reply. The one lady Kirsty I deal with regularly is good though, very understanding
