I applied for a fair few different places and found most of the agents from different real estates were not very helpful or nor caring. Charlie was absolutely wonderful and helping me get this property at 49 Medici Drive, Kelso. And is ongoing being helpful with anything we need in the maintenance process.

We'd applied for a particular rental property - the latest of many applications since January - and once again missed out. Donna then brought our attention to a similar property near by that had recently become available. Expedited the application process and had it approved within 24 hours. Knowing how to connect the right people is what estate agents are meant to do but it's sadly lacking in many cases. Not with Kingsbury. We're happy, the owners (hopefully) are happy and we're looking forward to moving in.

She made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth, simple, and well managed. Georgia kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what was happening and making the transition between tenants easy. Her communication, professionalism, and efficiency have been outstanding. If you need someone to manage your property in the Townsville area, I cannot recommend Georgia highly enough.
