I have only just started renting through Harcourts but I am happy so far. Great communication with the agent, the inspection process was easy, and they didn't ask for extra stuff with the application. I had one real estate ask my for my most recent paycheck on the Monday. I had applied the Wednesday before and uploaded my two most recent pay slips. I got paid again on the Friday, so the real estate said they needed a more recent payslip? I didn't have any of this silly drama with Harcourts.

The New business team is amazing, great market knowledge, amazing service and very prompt in communicating. However, once the property is assigned to a PM it very difficult to communicate and stay informed about your property. No prompt communication.
