Our Property Manager Louisa was a lovely person and was wonderful to deal with, however with did have a lot of issues with getting requests approved and actioned in a timely manner. A lot of that came from the owner however it also seemed like while Louisa was trying her hardest, she was quite under the pump and trying to juggle many properties at once, causing delays. We also had an issue when Louisa was off sick that no one in the office was apparently able to help us with requests in regards to the property. This was quite disappointing considering what a well established company Harcourts Kingsberry is, we would have assumed they had contingencies in place for when their staff are away. Overall, a wonderful Property Manager and a decent Real Estate.

Harcourts are very professional and helped us find a lovely affordable rental in the suburb we wanted -close to school and shops Our property manager introduced herself to us and has a great personality and down to earth Even advised if any issues arise to just contact her Harcourts also has an app which makes paying rent or advising of any possible maintenance issues down the track a breeze.
