Jayden was always professional, cheerful and accessible. He had a good knowledge of the market and provided examples to demonstrate this. We were aware that our 40 year old house and river block would appeal to a restricted category of buyers but had hopes for a good price. Jayden reinforced with our assessment and was optimistic. He ran multiple open days with a good audience but no offers ensued. He provided several suggestions as to how we could generate more interest and we were happy to take his advice. Eventually we received an offer which was less than our expectations but after 5 months Jayden negotiated a price we were prepared to accept. He demonstrated excellent skills once the offer was made, negotiating with the buyers and dealing with the sometimes contested details of the contract. In the end we were both happy and relieved with Jayden’s efforts on our behalf.
