I needed to move to start a new job pretty quickly and Harcourts were amazing. They were one of the few to agents to actually contact me about properties I enquired about, offered a private inspection of one they thought would match my needs, and were super flexible with me moving from out of town. Between applying and signing a contract there was only 4 days. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent! They made what could have been a very stressful experience super simple and successful.

My vacant property was for sale on an open listing. Harcourts held open homes each Saturday for nearly 3 months. Harcourts objected to my direct control through Property Now of my Realestate.com ad. The ad was upgraded to a premium listing at my cost. Harcourts objected to me lowering the price. Every open house they wanted was added to the ad. Harcourts failed to present a single offer. The sales team did not meet my expectations. Rented out with Harcourts and property management team has met my expectations.
