Stephanie was a delight to work with and punctual.
We found Stephanie easy to work with. Casual yet professional with a good knowledge of the current market in Idalia. She made an accurate assessment of our property and the type of buyer this property would attract. Sam strikes again !
Having purchased a gorgeous house which Sam had listed we needed him to sell our house super fast. He certainly did this . He did a fabulous advertising campaign Within 5 weeks Sam has found a buyer. We can certainly recommend Sam as a high level professional that is totally committed . He made our purchase and also sale seamless and easy 10/10.

Good Communication
Though there were a few hiccups due to other reasons, Sam was easy to deal with and kept me in the loop with what was happening, unlike the Real Estate that managed my property. I live away and Sam made it a loss less painful than I'm sure it could have been.

Straight forward and succinct advice
John is very open with his knowledge of the property and has been very clear with his approach to selling the house. He has helped with much needed advise and is willing to step through the processes in order to make sure that everything that I needed was covered off. He would follow through on conversations and request and he would always give feedback where and when required. I found his honesty and the way he conducted business as first class. I would definitely buy another house from him in the near future due to the support that he provided.
