Malcolm has been my go-to-agent for the sale of my two Townsville properties and I can't recommend him highly enough. He has bent over backwards to help me get my properties ready for sale...even coordinating renovations...which was so helpful given I live interstate. But Malcolm's best asset is he truly puts the clients needs first. He actually advised me not to sell at one point in the past when the market had slipped substantially. When most agents are scrambling for commissions, Malcolm takes a long term view and provides the best service and result for his clients, even if it means delaying a sale for a few years. We ended up needing to sell our second property in a flat market and Malcolm still got results and kept us updated through all aspects of the sale. If you need an honest, hard working sales agent to work for you (yes, they do exist!), Malcolm is your man.
