Tammy went above and beyond with our sale. In a depressed market in Townsville we obtained a sale price higher than expected. Her knowledge of the market obviously stood out here. She gave us up to date information on prospective buyers, and even when a buyer was in doubt in her minds continued to have open inspections. She went ahead and arranged necessary repairs when found in the B and I report which was a blessing for us living so far away. We would recommend her to anyone who wishes to phone us. John kept up reviewing my situation after doing an appraisal. He waited till I made up my mind after having had a 3 year grief experience with periodic checks. Then he guided me through the trial market by inspection only. Even though the auction experience didn't work for me he remained tenaciously encouraging.
