We tasked the team at Harcourts with selling our entire property portfolio due to circumstances beyond our control around February this year. John was our agent for all sales. As a fifo worker and only home less than half the time i found Tammy was able to work around my roster to sell my house, from staging to bins out on a sunday, 6am starts, spending time with my dog and watering the plants, taking videos for potential buyers and sorting out a leaking hotwater cylinder,( just to name a few of the things) Tammy and the team went above and beyond to sell my house. Tammy went above and beyond with our sale. In a depressed market in Townsville we obtained a sale price higher than expected. Her knowledge of the market obviously stood out here. She gave us up to date information on prospective buyers, and even when a buyer was in doubt in her minds continued to have open inspections. She went ahead and arranged necessary repairs when found in the B and I report which was a blessing for us living so far away. We would recommend her to anyone who wishes to phone us. John kept up reviewing my situation after doing an appraisal. He waited till I made up my mind after having had a 3 year grief experience with periodic checks. Then he guided me through the trial market by inspection only. Even though the auction experience didn't work for me he remained tenaciously encouraging. He began keeping contact with the agent from another company acting for me in Brisbane with the agent .Both agents showed demonstrated ability with negotiating with both of us and our solicitors. Was a pleasure meeting John he was very easy going Freindly and not snobby or up himself like a lot of the agents out there.
