From the moment I met Rosalyn I knew she was the agent for me. Rosalyn was very friendly and didn't go straight into a sales pitch. We discussed selling options, her knowledge and experience of the area and her strategy to how best to do the advertising to sell. Rosalyn explained what to expect from showing the property, getting an offer and acceptance then the process to settlement. Any questions I had she answered without hesitation and made me feel comfortable about selling my house. When asked about her commission, Rosalyn advised the percentage was on a scale of how I feel she did to sell the property. During the time to secure a successful contract, Rosalyn kept me up to date with any appointments for viewing and offers that were presented. She was always contactable and ready to assist with any enquiries I made. As a sales agent, Rosalyn is honest, professional, easy to talk to and reliable.
