I met Jayden several years ago when he'd just started as an agent and I was thinking of selling my home. I ended up not selling, but Jayden kept in touch over the years informing me when he changed to another agency and sending me relevant updates on the Townsville market. I would highly recommend Shal . He has excellent market knowledge and is very good at answering potential buyers questions . He has very good negotiating skills . I originally was going to try and sell my property without an agent , but I am glad that I went with Shal because he sold the property at a price that I probably would not have achieved .
