The condition report does not describe the property. This is the dirtiest property I have ever rented. I completed & returned the direct debit form for fortnightly rental payments 21/07/2020, received a text message 07/08/2020 to contact the office to make a payment as my rent was due. Contacted the office & they received the form but not yet forwarded it to the bank. Received a text message my rent was 2 days overdue, & now I have just received an email from the property manager threatening me with proceedings for eviction. I only arrived in the state of Tasmania 06/08/202 so not a good experience. I shall never use Harcourts again or recommend them.

Being new to Australia as well as Tasmania, I and my family have sought the services of Harcourts two times during the past 6 months, for our first house rental as well as moving to a more spacious one very recently. Our decision to break the lease and opt for a spacious house was spontaneous as we found more suitable location and Harcourt's guidance and services on vacating the previous and occupying the new were super positive and smooth which made our life so easy. Not only we moved without hassle and Harcourts found the new tenant for our previous house on time.

fantastic agency. when it come to looking for a house they made it so easy with relocating everything done online approval first then all I had to do was travel to look through to make sure it was suitable. with in a week I had a property for my little family. Thankyou so much 😀
