We deal with Kirsten as our property manager and we are very happy. Kirsten’s communication to date has always been great, she calls when it’s required and emails us the other times, our property although we haven’t seen it , we get detailed routine reports with pictures and any repairs maintenance that is required, to which we are happy to carry out. She always gets back to us when we need her. We feel confident that our property is being well managed by her and her team that we sometimes communicate with.
