Whilst investigating a property which we felt was not quite suitable for our downsizing needs David was able to arrange a pre-advertised inspection of a 90% completed house nearby. This property ticked more boxes for us and with David’s advice and help we were able to follow through with this property to completion and on through the Building and Occupancy certification process and thence purchase. Downsizing from an acreage and substantially large house to a standard block in the suburbs has been a culture shock for us in our older age and David was sympathetic to our issues and needs.
