They both worked tirelessly to achieve an excellent result for us. Presentation and marketing were top rate. They kept us well informed from the start of the selling process through to settlement.

We chose David as our agent because of his market knowledge and love of the St Leonards area in particular. He sold the property above asking price and had a signed contract much sooner than we expected. We were kept informed through weekly email updates and post open home phone-calls. We'd have no problem recommending David to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We purchased a property through Harcourts, with Neil and Yvonne as the sale agents. With the fantastic help of Bibby and Jake, also Sales Agents we finalised on a great result. They were there for us if we had questions, followed up and kept us informed on the progess of the sale.

Jeremy had the block of land sold within twenty-one (21) days of putting it on the market - an exceptional result in the current climate. Could not be happier with Jeremy and his team.

I chose Neil because he and Yvonne work as a team and have a second to none track record in our area. They are the most professional, trustworthy agents I have ever worked with and their market research helped me choose a target price for my property which was higher than my initial expectations.
