We recently engaged Neil and Yvonne Hawkins for the purpose of selling our home. Their knowledge of the housing market, regular communications, friendly and professional demeanour, all resulted in a fast, mutually successful outcome for both the buyer and the seller. We have no hesitation in recommending Neil and Yvonne to anyone requiring a hassle free selling experience.

Whilst investigating a property which we felt was not quite suitable for our downsizing needs David was able to arrange a pre-advertised inspection of a 90% completed house nearby. This property ticked more boxes for us and with David’s advice and help we were able to follow through with this property to completion and on through the Building and Occupancy certification process and thence purchase. Downsizing from an acreage and substantially large house to a standard block in the suburbs has been a culture shock for us in our older age and David was sympathetic to our issues and needs.

David and his team provided a simple and stress free process for the marketing and sale of our investment property. We purchased the property originally through David 9 years prior and I understand he had sold the same property once before that. That helped a lot with confidence in selling the property once again. Having the house ready for sale for the new owner to walk in also helped. We compared David to a number of other agents and he stood out as the best for us at that time and location. He has a straight forward, honest and calm approach. Went out of his way to assist us make a decision and sign with him and get the property on the market noting we had to fly out fairly quickly No hesitation in recommending him and his team behind him.
