We appointed Harcourts local- Clayfield on the basis of their commitment to be proactive and provided our rental property last year to manage and during that period Jessica Mott was the property manager and never had any issues with the communications. I would say she was one of the best property manager to deal with. However during May 2024, new property manager was assigned to manage our property and that's where i started seeing the problems, especially with the communication and not showing professionalism. During my last visit to the property to check on the hot water system issue and noticed the pathway was ripped off and it was not captured in the inspection pics. So I shared the before and after pics to the Property manager and below is the response i received. "Anne-Maree Richardson Mon, Jun 17, 12:43 PM to me, Jackie "Hi again, Yes, I did, and I think that it should only take a person to push them back in place. Pretty sure I could do it….certainly doesn’t need a tradesman or handyman that I can see. Onwards and upwards." Im very much surprised with below response and the way landlords are getting treated. I escalated to Jackie but unfortunately no much support received from her too.
