We’re very much grateful for the property owner to approved us to rent their space. However, we are not really happy how the agent assisted us. We wanted to clarify some things about the property but we felt like Nikita wasn’t accommodating at all. We tried to call her and how she speaks to us felt like she’s annoyed and only answered yes/no without any other explanation or helpful information. Everything else is good, the whole process was easy.

Claire did a great job of managing a tricky situation with a smooth transition between tenants.

Kandice was great in outlining the pros & cons from each quote so we could make decisions quickly. She then organised to get the trades in ASAP & in the right order. This helped us be able to secure a new tenant sooner. Very happy

Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent. We live in NSW, but it felt like we had our own Project Manager on site in QLD ! Kandace was fantastic at organising the trades and would call us immediately anything needed to be discussed. Following the refurb, Kandace was quick to get the property on the market and leased to a quality tenant at the right price. Professionalism of staff

Over many years of management of my properties I have found Harcourts Local Clayfield to be consistantly professional, communicative and helpful.

We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home.
