A great team player!
When looking for a property in Mackay I found Eve to be very knowledgable in the region and was helpful for all the queries on had on the property I purchased. I found her very profession, prompt in my responses all through the settlement period even into handover into the property management team. She made me feel I was being looked after and across the next steps in the process. What I appreciated most was the openness, honesty and generosity. Very positive friendly Agent to work with
I had multiple agents come to my home before choosing to go with Tegan, I found her straight off the bat to be positive and engaging, her estimate on sales price was within my expectations and Tegan's marketing plan was the way I thought it should be without being over the top on costs, During the sales process I found her communication excellent, I find Tegan to have a great phone presence with her positivity coming through in the phone conversations from the first contact, I told Tegan my lowest price I would except for my property and she came through, There was also the fact it was a very much loved family home and I wanted it to go to the right person, Tegan understood this and worked to not just get me the price I wanted but also the right buyer If you are looking at selling I would recommend Tegan to be your agent

Couldn't ask for a better agent!
Lisa was an amazing agent, good at what she does and clearly cares about her clients. Being my first time selling, Lisa supported and guided me through the whole process, was excellent at communication and updates throughout. Lisa is also a genuinely lovely person who knows the area and is an expert in her field. She is fantastic as what she does and treats you like a person rather than a client. An overall great experience.
I have dealt with quite a few different Real Estate Agents over the last 25 years in Mackay and this last purchase was by far the best experience I've had to date.
