Attention to detail
We had our goals and vision for how the sale of our family home of 15 years would look. Right from the get go Kerri was able to hear our vision and put together an on point marketing strategy. From the great staging agent Glam Up, it seemed simplified however everything that Courtney n Scott did was spot on. All of the props utilised really enhanced what our property had to offer and the suggestions that both Courtney and Kerri gave us, enabled the creation of focal points that brought our property to life and allowed the buyer to see how their life could fit into that space. A lot of hard work gave a finished product that we were really proud of and an outcome that truly went beyond our expectations. We really appreciated all the advice and effort that Kerri and her team put in to making this outcome a reality, A1 Reality Estate Agent. Couldn’t ask for better service!
Eve kept me updated on each step of the process of selling my house. She is completely professional and committed to her client’s needs at all times. The whole experience was so smooth and clearly explained, that I hardly knew that I was selling my house at all. It was all so easy and stress free! Eve knew the market and what would sell my house and she came up with an accurate price range to match current trends. My house sold on the first open house as Eve said it might. Not to bad
Was very helpful up until the contract was signed. We had never purchased a house before and were unfamiliar with the process. It was hard going dealing with the solicitors instead of the agent I we felt a lot of this could have been sorted with a quick question to the buyer instead of it costing both the seller and the buyer to go through solicitors. Pre purchase inspection was good.

Super agent and project manager
Lisa was excellent throughout the entire sale process giving frequent updates to keep me informed which was great now that I’m not living in Mackay. Lisa went above and beyond by helping to arrange some upgrades on the house and personally inspecting the quality of the work and managing contractors.
