We recently engaged Tegan Wild to manage the sale of an investment property in Mackay Qld. She was referred for her performance results by "Which Real Estate Agent". I can not speak more highly of Tegan's service in every sense. From the outset she instilled us with absolute confidence that we had chosen the right agent. She was prompt with responding to my initial request unlike a number of others we had approached. She demonstrated significant market knowledge and her approach was consistently engaging and informative. She quickly arranged a very impactful marketing campaign and even prior to the first inspection, had secured our first offer. However Tegan correctly advised we should run the inspection regardless. The result were further offers and four days later we had an executed contract and a sale that exceeded our expectations. It took less than 4 weeks from initial engagement to executed contract. Due to existing leasing arrangements, the settlement was longer than buyers might want, however this didnt seem to impact on buyer interest. I put this down to Tegan's personal management approach. Apart from her professional competence, Tegan personalised the entire experience with her delightful and honest engagement style. I am confident the buyer shared a similar positive experience as Tegan indicated genuine regard for the selected buyer in her discussions with me. I would thoroughly recommend Tegan to anyone looking to buy or sell realestate in the Mackay region. I personally wouldn't bother looking elsewhere!

I always thought finding a real-estate agent who was on the same page and ticked all of our boxes was hard. Recently when had 4 agents come through to give us their thoughts on selling our rental but we were still undecided on who to choose. Each offered similar ideas and pricing until my husband organised for Kerri from Harcourts to come around for an evaluation. For the first time, it was clear that not only was Kerri different from the other agents but as soon as she left my husband and I turned to each other and said at the same time "She is the one!" What made her different you ask? My list below could be longer but for review purposes I will try and keep it short -Kerri was the only agent to walk the entire property asking lots of questions. She wanted to have know as much as she could. -She stayed longer than the other agents informing us of the process involved making sure we understood each steps -Kept us up to date along the way via text, calls and emails. These suggestions made a HUGE difference -Suggested (after extensive research) an asking amount that was the top end compared to the other agents. Not only did we receive multiple offers agreeing to market price, we had over 40+ offers made in total. Crazy! Lastly I just wanted to say that Kerri is one of the friendliest, honest, hardworking person I know who was amazing to work with. Thankyou for all that you did and for going above and beyond!!!
