I considered a few agents when looking to sell my property. Some tended to stress how experienced they were and that they knew best in terms of going to market and not terribly interested in my views. I found Nima much more personable, very experienced, and prepared to keep my costs to a minimum. As the successful sale progressed, he showed that he was really keen to get the best outcome for me. Nima showed us a property we were interested in and it was a bit over our price range. He then spent time finding out what we were after and genually seemed interested in us and our needs. He then found a simular propery that wasnt even listed at the time and arranged for multiple visits to this property. We ended up buying the second propery through Nima. He was great to deal with and has a great, easy going way. He made the entire process enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend Nima to anyone.
