Sarah communicated the process and the range that see believed the house would sell for. This was clearly communicated and then this process was implemented and further executed. At no time did we not know what was happening or what step we were at with the potential buyer. Negotiations were great and were handled in a timely manner. House was sold for more than expected and this I believe was due to the professionalism that Sarah showed through out the process.
