Sarah was excellent from start to finish I found her to be highly professional and responsive.
I have told my friends and relatives that I would highly recommend her if they needed an agent to sell their property. Not only has Sarah sold my home, she also sold my mother’s home a few years ago which is why I was happy to use her again. When we meet at my home Sarah gave me a figure I could aim for and I am to say the buyer agreed after some negotiations with Sarah. Corey her assistant could not be more helpful with any problems I could not deal with.

Professionalism and Enthusiasm
Sarah and her team have provided a great assistant in order to help myself selling the property at the very first step to the final step. On the first appointment meeting with Sarah, she prepared all the documents that needed to help the seller understand about selling process and fee. Throughout the selling time, Sarah and her team are very accessible when discussion needed. And at the final stage, few days before settlement she gave good advices for pre-settlement inspection.

Buying experience with Sarah
This is the third home I have offered on for sale by Sarah and I was able to secure this purchase. Sarah was attentive, easy going and made the process easy and hassle free. Her team was also able to secure a tenant for the property before settlement which has made the purchase that much better. I hope to purchase through her in the future.

Sarah is Fantastic
