On the day of the auction we were unable to attend however Luke, assisted by his competent colleague,Blake made the arrangements to allow us to phone bid via Blake onsite. Luke is the ultimate professional, from initial engagement all the way through to sealing the deal. Based on our agent research with experience in the area, we shortlisted two agents for further consultation (Luke being one of the two). From the first interaction, Luke was confident without being arrogant, while also being professional and easy to talk to. Luke demonstrated his success in the area with recent sales data. The data was informative and transparent (not just smoke and mirrors). Comparatively, a similar product was not provided by the other agent - hence our decision to go with Luke.
