Fantastic sales experience
Selling your home may initially seem an overwhelming or daunting task. However James Packham and his team from Harcourts Packham were fantastic from start to finish. James went through the pricing structure with me and my husband in a diplomatic yet realistic manner, and advised on the best sales approach moving forward. Communications from his team were on point and, as promised, James communicated with me on a weekly basis. Our home was sold following the 3rd consecutive open, with James negotiating with the prospective buyers to maximise the final sale price. I firmly believe James worked for us and in our best interests. Thank you and your team James. Poor communication pre settlement
Loved the sale aspect but was very disappointed in the communication after contract signed and before settlement due to delayed settlement

Always polite and quick to respond to questions and requests. Did find six staff at the auction a little excessive though.

James explained his method and routines for sale of our property from the first meeting. He took notes on his tablet about each room, not only as a record but also to promote features to sell the property. James and his talented team present a confident, sincere yet flexible approach in dealing with clients. This promotes a feeling of a partnership between James and the team and each client.
