First steps
Made us feel valued through out the sale process. Would have liked some communication after all went through as we have an issue that needs to be resolved but other then that it was amazing.

Quick sale for them/
Didn't actually see James at the opens we attended. We agreed to buy and sign up after a 2nd open at asking price subject to a building inspection with Marcus Palmer.Did paperwork the next day due agents busy schedule. After building inspection, we had some concerns about some structural issues which were agreed to by the vendor on the same day. Marcus seemed keen to complete sale but not overly interested in the actual issue about the property. End result was ok. We had some time delays with CBA getting the approval done within agreed time and before settlement. Our broker and conveyancer communicated with Marcus and extended settlement. No real urgency to sell the property which was good for our time frames but maybe not impressive to a vendor paying their fees.

We were impressed from the first open!
James' knowledge of the area was exceptional! When we went to our first open he gave us at least 10/15 minutes of his time to explain everything about the house and the area. The first thing we did after getting in the car was discuss James, it wasn't the house. He then made time for us to have private viewings between the first open and auction date. His support team walked us through the whole auction process and made us feel at ease. During the auction he was very professional and ran the show with confidence. Again he and his team made the time to allow us access to the property under their supervision to have various tradies & engineers come for quotes and measurements so we could start minor renovations the day after settlement. Highly recommended agent and we will be using James and his team for all our property needs moving forward.

Michael's experience and advice made selling our property very successful and stress free. HAPPY with MICHAEL SEVERN
Michael Severn has sold 3 properties for me in the last six months. The first was a sale by negotiation in the country. The other two were suburban auctions conducted by Michael. In each of these dealings I found him to be highly professional, prepared to deal with the unusual, while showing a good sense of humour when necessary. His assistant, Jacob, was also a easy to deal with when Michael was unavailable. Due to these factors, the whole process was much less stressful than it might have been. Sale of a loved family home
One of the hardest decision we are faced with is having to sell a family home, so a loved one can move into Aged Care Accomodation. This was a very scary time and it was made a TRUE pleasure with the support and dedication of Stephanie. She was always available and was very caring towards the nerves and anxiety of family members. As were the team of workers behind the scenes at Harcourt's, Mitchell Park. I feel if we had not met Stephanie, and she had not come to our home when we were searching for someone to sell our house we would still be out there, trying to understand the process and what needed to be done, getting caught in each and every trap, that others try to encourage you to become there client. Stephanie was also able to offer assistance with others who could assist, with things like cleaning and staging to make the home in the best possible position for sale. Honestly I have already recommended Stephanie to friends and I have put her card up at the community village where my father now resides, knowing that we found the right person at the right time to help our family take the next step, with as much dignity and care that was required. Michael provided a professional service where he made available background information on these conditions in transparent manner ensuring that only a well-informed buyer purchased the property. Stephanie Callaghan - Call her it will be worth your while
This is the second time we have used Stephanie as our agent. She also recommended another agent for us when we were selling a property at St. Agnes. Stephanie is very approachable and professional and has achieved fantastic results for us. She knows her market, relates well to people and is a fabulous negotiator.
