Made us feel valued through out the sale process. Would have liked some communication after all went through as we have an issue that needs to be resolved but other then that it was amazing.

Didn't actually see James at the opens we attended. We agreed to buy and sign up after a 2nd open at asking price subject to a building inspection with Marcus Palmer.Did paperwork the next day due agents busy schedule. After building inspection, we had some concerns about some structural issues which were agreed to by the vendor on the same day. Marcus seemed keen to complete sale but not overly interested in the actual issue about the property. End result was ok. We had some time delays with CBA getting the approval done within agreed time and before settlement. Our broker and conveyancer communicated with Marcus and extended settlement. No real urgency to sell the property which was good for our time frames but maybe not impressive to a vendor paying their fees.

James' knowledge of the area was exceptional! When we went to our first open he gave us at least 10/15 minutes of his time to explain everything about the house and the area. The first thing we did after getting in the car was discuss James, it wasn't the house. He then made time for us to have private viewings between the first open and auction date. His support team walked us through the whole auction process and made us feel at ease. During the auction he was very professional and ran the show with confidence. Again he and his team made the time to allow us access to the property under their supervision to have various tradies & engineers come for quotes and measurements so we could start minor renovations the day after settlement.
