I dealt with Packham Harcourts through Marcus Palmer when I bought my current property. He was extremely professional, a very good listener, always considering my best interests, and kept me up to date through the whole process of buying. When it came to selling the old property, and my Investment Unit, I had no hesitation in approaching him again. He and James did the new contracts and dealings together. They are both very professional and keep me up to date with results of openings, consumer interest and offering suggestions. They are also both good listeners, prompt and very efficient. My old house has been sold in a short time for a reasonable price and they are continuing to push the sale of my Unit with constant updates and suggestions. When it came to selling our mother's house, Michael was her only choice as he'd done such a great job selling her best friend's house a few years earlier and she trusted him to do the same for her.
