We purchased a property from a vendor Lauren was representing. Our offer had strings attached -subject to sale etc. and our property wasn't even on the market yet. We really liked the property so Lauren met with us to assess our property and our position on it's sale. She was confident that it would move quickly and advised the vendor to take our offer. She checked in regularly to make sure we were on track at each stage of the process and within 40 days of our initial offer, we had completed a simultaneous settlement and were in our new home. A good result for us and I'm guessing the vendor too.
