We interviewed 5 separate agents from the local area and where struggling to decide on an agent who we felt truly comfortable with. During this time we actually came across Catherine and Mason at a property we where looking to purchase. Throughout the process of submitting offers and negotiating with Catherine from the side of the buyer we found her to be easy to deal with and both my wife and myself where very impressed with how she handled the whole process. Unfortunately we missed out on that property due to being outbid but we stayed in contact with Catherine from that point onward while we prepared our property for sale. Over the course of a year she gave us advice and was always available to discuss our options as we prepared to go to market. After about a year of preparation we where finally ready to go to market so we listed with Catherine and Mason. They guided both my wife and I throughout the sale and worked tirelessly to ensure that we had information and answers to work with throughout the entire process. Considering that buying or selling a property is something that most people do not do very often throughout their lives having someone with sound and practical knowledge can make all the difference. In an industry filled with sharks and sleazy agents it is so refreshing to have the opportunity to work with people who are as sincere, conscientious and willing to go the extra mile as Catherine and Mason. After interviewing several agents it was obvious Catherine was the top contender. The only one who didn't try to push their own agenda as opposed to what we thought.
