Out of the 3 agents interviewed lolit was by far the best prepared and most informative. She listened to my needs for the sale and then suggested a strategy that we apply. It was great the first open house, 2 days after on the market, it was sold for a great price. Thanks to our agent's personal and communicative skills he assisted in a very long drawn out finance approval (7 weeks), directly keeping the seller engaged and up to date with every obstacle and outcome. Had it been left squarely in the hands of a solicitor, I doubt that we would be heading towards settlement. We can't speak more highly of our agent and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

We found Kevin to be credible, punctual and delivered on his word. We purchased a house from Kevin's vendors in May '17 and although he negotiated hard on their behalf it never got to the point where there was nothing in the deal for me. Even after the offer was accepted Kevin worked hard to ensure access to the property for painters and a quantitive surveyor. Highly recommended for both buyers and sellers.
