I cannot recommend Johnny enough! From the Get Go, his communication on every little detail has been impeccable!!! Better than IMPECCABLE! On more than one occasion, whenever I've emailed Johnny with a problem, he has responded within 5mins or so not just acknowledging my email but also with an update on how it can be resolved, information obtained by speaking with his suppliers like the builder or the plumber! His communication on all matters is something I value greatly!!! I also believe that one's quality is known by how his contractors refer to him in his absence. In my experience, Johnny's contractors, from the handyman, to the painter, to the carpet guy and the builder - every single contractor that I've had the pleasure of meeting within my first few months of moving in here have spoken soooooooooooooooooo very very highly of Johnny, the man he is and why for him, they wouldn't mind attending a request even on their weekend!!! They Absolutely love working with Johnny and it shows! Johnny's passion and attention to detail in what he does is unmatched by anyone I've met through this entire experience of buying my first home. It's been such a pleasure buying from you Johnny. You've gone out of your way, more than once, to help me settle in asap into my new place. You've streamlined so many processes along the way so that I could go back to my family in India for Christmas without any hassles. I am soooooooooooooooooo very grateful for everything you've done.
