After being with Coronis Real Estate for 3 Months with nothing but trouble from the start. We had to get them to correct the web site as a bit of the information on the web was incorrect then we even had to rewrite the Property Description as it was incorrect as well. After 3 mths with minimal amount of people through and not being able to get anywhere near the asking price which they quoted us on we decided to have a break and change Real Estates and went with Catherine White from Harcourts Aspley. After meeting with Catherine we decided to re enter the market. Now were do we start on the market for three days and bang a contract well within the asking price and sold. With a 30 day contract.
