I first met Lolit when we were actually looking to buy a house, and I viewed a house that she was selling. We looked at so many houses and met so many estate agents, but Lolit stood out from all of them. She phoned regularly to let me know of new properties and to follow up on our progress. The house we ended up buying was sold by a different estate agent. But she still took the time to deliver a card to our new home. A couple of years later, when we needed some guidance on the value of the home for renovations, and if it would be over capitalizing, Lolit was happy to pop over and give us her thoughts. When we finally moved 4 years later, we again approached Lolit and asked for her opinion on the market price, we chose not to sell but to rent. Lolit again stopped up and introduced us to the Harcourts rental team. When we decided to sell we called Lolit again. We did our due diligence and approached a couple of local estate agents, but at the end decided to sell with Lolit. In this area she (and her team) really stepped in, as we live a fair distance. Getting quotes for staging the house, letting trades in and out the house. Every open home Lolit would send us photos and update us on the response. As luck would have it we had missed the peak buying frenzy and I was starting to get worried. Whilst we hadn’t considered selling at auction we had decided that we would follow the guidance of the professional. On the day of the auction Lolit had arranged a coffee van and food and the home was set up for the event. There were only 2 registered bidders so there was never going to be a bidding war, but we managed to sell at auction for a price that I believe was fair to us and the buyer. Even after the sale Lolit has been there for us taking bins in and out and checking on the house. Lolit and her team did everything they could to make the process as painless as possible. We would highly recommend her.
