Lauren was the Agent selling the home that my fiance and I just purchased. Throughout the entire process, Lauren has been friendly, had excellent communication skills and has been overall absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately, the seller had left quite large and significant furniture at the property after settlement. Lauren went above and beyond to help my fiance and I to have all the furniture removed so that we could fully enjoy of our new home. I would highly recommend Lauren.

Being that we are first time buyers, we often felt like we were in over our heads. From that first phone call from Kevin clarifying some parts of our letter of offer until the very last interaction, Kevin came across as a softly spoken but knowledgeable person who was quite happy to help out. On the numerous occasions where we were unsure of what we needed, wanted to do, or even who and how to ask for things, Kevin was quite happy to guide us with his knowledge. It never felt like we were a bother to him, and nothing was a case of "too hard" or "not my problem" when we asked - even when it wasn't something he needed to do (he pointed us at the right people to talk to with the right terms to use). Even with a few challenges along the way, he kept us in the loop effectively without disrupting our routine, and was more than happy to work with us when things needed slight adjustments or a bump to keep it moving in the right direction. As first time buyers who were learning on the job in a challenging market, we're both very glad for his assistance and extremely thankful to work with Kevin as we muddled our way through the process. Five stars.
